ABSTRACT: This paper aims to analyze the Space Law, and its provisions on the human exploration of natural resources found at asteroids, comets, moons, and other celestial bodies. Considering that the environment is already seen by United Nations' bodies as a cause for acts of aggression, it's discussed, if the extra-terrestrial natural resources might become a reason for conflicts in international community. The basis of this research is the Space Law and International Law's teachings. treaties specially the Outer Space Treaty (1967) and the Moon Agreement (1979), also the practical contextualization of the affair, through the mention of space missions dealing with the exploration of the celestial bodies.
